60 Day Returns 

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

There's no need to ship back your original item!

Defective, Damaged, and Wrong Item 
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

If any of these three issues arise, we'll gladly send you a FREE Replacement(s).

 

Exchanges 
Order the wrong size? No problem! We'll send you a band in your correct size at a discounted price! 

Refunds 
We will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
