I’ve bought several braided bands from this vendor. When one of the bands began to fail after only a few wearing a few times, I reached out to the vendor. He asked me if I had purchased through Etsy. I said, “yes.” He never responded to me. I reached out again after waiting a couple more weeks and that email went unanswered. So, I’m left with a band that is unraveling. Not the way to do business, in my opinion.
